For Photographers + Filmmakers · /photographers/
Every face starts with your shoot.
Spencer Models works with fashion photographers, commercial photographers, and filmmakers on paid, project-based assignments built around real talent and real creative direction.
Some assignments are entirely traditional. Others become part of a broader digital campaign involving retouching, compositing, motion, AI-assisted production, or a combination of techniques.
Before every assignment, we agree on the creative brief, fee, deliverables, usage rights, credit, and portfolio terms in writing.

Paid project work. Nonexclusive relationships. Digital and AI-assisted use disclosed when applicable.
Creative roster
Three creative disciplines.
Fashion and editorial photographers
Portfolio, editorial, beauty, and campaign imagery that gives each model a distinct and credible visual identity.
You may shoot model development, agency editorials, test sessions, live campaigns, or source photography for participating digital campaign work.
Commercial photographers
Product, e-commerce, catalog, advertising, and lifestyle photography built around a specific client brief and intended usage.
We look for photographers who can combine creative judgment with precise, consistent, on-brand delivery.
Motion and BTS filmmakers
Behind-the-scenes films, interviews, short-form motion, and social content that reveal the real talent, process, and energy behind each production.
We value natural storytelling, clean audio, strong pacing, and the ability to capture the moments around the primary shoot without disrupting it.
How we work
Clear brief. Clear rights. No surprises.
Define the assignment
Before production, we confirm the concept, location, schedule, creative fee, expenses, deliverables, technical requirements, deadlines, intended usage, credit, portfolio rights, and any applicable embargo.
When an assignment may support digital, composited, or AI-assisted campaign production, that intended use is identified before the shoot.
Make the work
You work with represented talent under an approved creative brief and professional production standards.
Original files, selects, retouching expectations, delivery specifications, and deadlines are established for each assignment.
Use it as agreed
Spencer Models uses and licenses commissioned work only within the rights defined by the written assignment agreement.
When commissioned material will be used in digital or AI-assisted production, the agreement identifies the covered files and permitted uses. Spencer Models separately handles the participating model’s applicable authorization for use of their likeness.

AI-augmented assignments
Your work is used only as agreed.
Some assignments create source photography or footage that may later support retouching, compositing, motion, AI-assisted production, or other digital campaign work.
Your application portfolio, social content, and unrelated work are reviewed for creative evaluation only. Applying does not give Spencer Models permission to use that material for commercial production, licensing, digital manipulation, AI-assisted work, or model training.
- The photographs, footage, or files covered
- Whether Spencer Models receives ownership or a license
- The digital, compositing, or AI-assisted uses permitted
- The duration, territory, and applicable restrictions
- The creative fee and any approved expenses
- Credit on the original commissioned work
- Portfolio and publication rights
- What happens to the rights after the assignment or relationship ends
Apply
Bring your eye to the board.
Send us your portfolio, primary market, creative disciplines, and a little about the work you want to make.
We are looking for photographers and filmmakers who understand that strong production is more than technical execution. It requires a point of view, respect for the talent, consistency under a brief, and the judgment to know when a photograph feels both polished and real.
Submitting an application does not create a contractor relationship, guarantee an assignment, or grant Spencer Models any rights to your work.
