We represent talent for runway, editorial, commercial, print, promotional, and fitness work. Models who choose AI augmentation can also turn one founding session into a licensed digital studio built around their likeness, creating additional campaign opportunities between traditional bookings.
Traditional representation is available on its own. AI augmentation is optional, separately licensed, and always subject to your approval.
You do not need to be discovered in an airport. Apply directly. We review every application.

Representation
One board. Two ways to work.
Every model we sign is represented as real talent. You can pursue traditional bookings only, or choose to add AI-augmented licensing as a second path.
We submit talent for runway, editorial, commercial, print, promotional, fitness, and other in-person opportunities.
When a client needs you on set, on location, or in front of an audience, you are booked and paid for the job. AI augmentation does not replace the work that requires your physical presence, performance, or participation.
Models who opt in can also license their likeness for approved, AI-augmented campaign work.
A founding session gives us the visual references needed to create new assets around your look without requiring another physical production every time. You approve the client, category, usage, term, and compensation before anything is licensed or released.

One defining session
Your founding session establishes the approved visual reference for your digital likeness.
It expands what brands can commission. It does not eliminate future shoots. When a campaign requires new photography, video, fittings, runway, or on-set performance, that work is handled as a separate traditional booking.
Every opportunity starts with your approval
Before your likeness is used, you review the brand, category, creative purpose, channels, territory, term, and compensation.
You can decline any opportunity, exclude entire categories, and veto brands by name. Nothing is licensed or published without the approval required by your agreement.
Every licensed campaign pays you
Once approved, Spencer Models produces the campaign assets and manages the license.
Your royalty comes off the top of the licensing deal before the agency takes its share. You receive clear terms and itemized reporting for every approved use.
Your control
Your likeness remains yours.
Representation does not give Spencer Models unlimited rights to your identity.
Applying to the agency does not authorize AI use. Traditional representation and AI-augmented licensing are handled through separate agreements.

Who we’re scouting
There is no single Spencer look.
We welcome adults 18 and older from every background and experience level.
Spencer Models represents runway, editorial, commercial, print, promotional, and fitness talent. Applicants in Houston, Miami, and Los Angeles are currently prioritized.
No professional portfolio is required. Recent, unedited photos, basic information, and a little about yourself are enough to apply.
