Real talent. More ways to create.
Book a model for a live production, license existing content, or commission new AI-augmented campaign assets from a separately authorized likeness. Spencer Models manages the talent, production, approvals, and usage rights from brief to delivery.
Every AI-augmented asset begins with a real, represented model whose consent and compensation are documented for the specific use.
Compliance and pricing questions? The FAQ covers both.
Ways to work
Book the model. License the content. Extend the campaign.
Live production
Book represented talent for runway, editorial, commercial, print, e-commerce, promotional work, events, and on-set campaign production.
We manage the casting, availability, rates, usage, and booking terms.
Existing content
License approved content from a model’s existing Spencer Models sessions.
Usage is defined by channel, territory, term, paid reach, and exclusivity.
AI-augmented production
Commission new campaign assets created from the separately authorized digital likeness of participating talent.
The model approves the campaign and usage before release, while your team gets more creative range without scheduling another physical production day.
Hybrid campaigns
Start with a live shoot, then extend the approved creative into additional formats, variations, placements, or campaign phases.
One model. One visual identity. More value from the production.
How it works
Send the brief. Get the right faces.
Define the campaign
Tell us the objective, look, deliverables, production path, channels, territory, term, budget, and launch date.
Review the pull
Receive a curated selection with comp cards, live-booking availability, content availability, and AI-licensing eligibility.
Confirm the rights
We finalize the talent, production scope, compensation, usage, model approval, and disclosure requirements in writing.
Book or build
Schedule the live production, license approved existing content, or commission new AI-augmented assets. Final content is delivered in the agreed formats with clearly defined usage rights.
One partner
One brief. One team. Clear rights.
Spencer Models brings traditional talent booking, content licensing, AI-augmented production, model approvals, and campaign rights into one managed workflow.
Brands receive one point of contact from selection through delivery. Models retain deal-level approval. Every campaign ships with defined usage and documented rights.

Pricing
Creative scope sets the production. Usage sets the license.
Every project is priced around the content being produced and the rights required to use it.
Per-campaign engagements and recurring content retainers are available. Select organic-social engagements begin at $1,500. Paid media, out-of-home, national campaigns, and exclusive use are quoted separately.

The standard
Consent is part of production, not an afterthought.
Representation does not authorize AI use. Every AI-augmented campaign requires a separate written approval from the model.
Spencer Models maintains the consent record, manages the license, and provides clear usage and disclosure requirements with every approved campaign. Our process is designed around the separate-consent and deal-specific authorization principles reflected in New York’s Fashion Workers Act.
